University of Galway Student Accommodation at the Menlo Park Apartments
Applications for the accommodation lottery for the 2026 – 2027 academic year are now being accepted. Please click here to download the application pack. The deadline for applications is midday on Friday 3rd April. Any applications received after this will not be entered. Unsuccessful first round applicants will be added to subsequent lotteries (if any) we may hold to refill cancelled places. The lottery will be held on Friday April 3rd and applicants will hear from us with an offer of accommodation or confirmation of entry to subsequent lotteries by the end of the following week (Fri 10th). Please note, due to the large volume of current residents who have rebooked, we only have twin room places available. We will not be offering any single or double rooms via lottery. Do not apply if you will not accept an offer for a twin room. Thank you.

- Flat screen TV’s, telephone, storage heating, and washer/dryer in each apartment
- 2 Bedroom Apartments: Consisting of one Double (some ensuite) room and one Twin ensuite room, sleeping 3 students. All have ground floor access, some with disabled facilities available.
- 3 Bedroom Apartments: 2 Storey duplex apartments, consisting of one Single ensuite room, and two Twin ensuite rooms, sleeping 5 students. Most of these apartments are 1st floor access, with the single room on the 1st floor with kitchen and lounge area, and the two twin rooms on the 2nd floor.
